2. Principle of data minimisation

This website is built as a static site. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data in the user interface and loads no third-party fonts at runtime. For aggregated, anonymous audience measurement the site uses Plausible Analytics (see section 4); a consent banner is therefore not required.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary access data in server log files, in particular: the shortened IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by appropriate measures (in particular EU standard contractual clauses).

4. Audience measurement with Plausible Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, an EU-hosted service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, for aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (page requested, referrer, country-level location, anonymised browser and device type). Plausible sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and creates no cross-device identifiers. Individuals are not re-identified. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Within the limits of the law you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
